Rules for NASCAR  FANTASY  CUP  CHALLENGE Race Game


This is the 13th year of the Fantasy race game. Last year over $3,000 in prize money was paid out, and we expect to increase that pay-out this season.
Following below are the rules for playing in the game.

This Fantasy Racing Game is not affiliated with NASCAR, the NASCAR official sports sanctioning body or any affiliates. This is a game of skill that requires studying statistics, past records, practice and qualifying results, race trends, and more.  There is some luck involved, sometimes the officials will "blow" a call in your favor but for the most part, winning at fantasy racing is skill, determination and preparation.  This is NOT online or internet gambling.

We have had quite a few players who have participated in this game since it's inception, and even more who found out about it later, joined in and have never stopped playing.  That tells me that we have one of the most FUN and EXCITING Fantasy Race games anywhere.  If you give it a try I am sure you'll agree.

From a 'friendly' game amongst a few friends, to now having 40 players nationwide competing, it's always been a lot of fun, and at very little expense.  What you pay in entry, you have 36 weeks to win back, and don't have to beat hundreds of thousands of people to maybe win small amount back.

Everyone tells those of us that admin the game, the format is unusual, and that forces you to pick a variety of drivers.  Then when you watch the race, you have 'different' drivers to root for so you do well in the game.

In short the game forces you to pick 4 of the best 12 drivers in CUP racing.  The next four of your picks come from a pool of about 16 mid-pack drivers.  The final two choices come from the "rest" of the CUP competitors. (part-time drivers, low budget teams, and road course ringers). Having a formula as this makes you root for the top drivers with a shot to win,.. all the way down to drivers who get a lap or two behind, and you find yourself rooting for them to get a 'lucky-dog' so they can get a lap back and improve their finish positions.  You won't know what you been missing unless you give it a try.  !!  :-)
