Jordan Anderson
Anderson began racing in karts as an eight-year-old.  He raced in Legends and Late model cars as his career developed.  Anderson made one start in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East in 2013 along with two starts in the CARS X-1R Pro Cup Series and various Late Model races . He made an April 2014 start in the K&N Pro Series East at Richmond with the intention of running the full season, but his car owner began writing bad checks and the team was forced to close down.  Anderson then sold one of his own personally-owned Super Late Models to pay off the debt of his former car owner to keep his name clear of any debts.  As a rookie in the NASCAR Truck Series, he drove the #50 Living Integrity Chevrolet Silverado for MAKE Motorsports in the second last race of 2014 at Phoenix, and then also competed for Mike Harmon Racing in the final race of 2014 season at Homestead-Miami. Anderson used his savings account to buy a truck to drive and qualify the Daytona race but failed to qualify.  Anderson would continue driving for Harmon throughout the entire 2015 season finishing 19th in final driver points with a best finish of 13th at

Michigan.  Also during 2015, Anderson made his Xfinity Series debut for Harmon.  On January 31, 2018, Jordan Anderson announced that he will be fielding his team in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series full-time in 2018.  He chose the #3 in honor of Junior Johnson, Dale Earnhardt, and Austin Dillon.  The team purchased the Brad Keselowski Racing's #29 owners points for them to secure every race in 2018. In the team's first race, at Daytona, Anderson drove the truck to a ninth place finish, spinning on the last lap but avoiding hitting the wall and damaging his truck.  On July 10, 2018, it was announced Ryan Newman would drive the #3 at Eldora.  Newman would be placed in Heat #5 and finish second, being placed 10th on the grid.  During the race, Newman would, unfortunately, be damaged in a wreck involving Tyler Dippel and Matt

Crafton.  He would get back on track but finish 30th.  The team would go on top compile two top ten finishes in their inaugural season and finish 15th in the final 2018 Driver Point Standings.  In 2019, Anderson drove the #3 for all but one race, with the lone exception being the Eldora Dirt Derby with Carson Hocevar.  In 2020, Anderson finished 2nd in a thrilling finish with Grant Enfinger in the NextEra Energy 250.  In the 2020 season opener at Daytona, Anderson nearly won his first Truck race when he escaped numerous wrecks.  On the final lap, he passed leader Grant Enfinger as they exited turn four, but Enfinger hindered his momentum by hitting his door, enabling Enfinger to win as Anderson finished a career-best finish.  Also in that season, Anderson finished 6th at Talladega

Super Speedway.  Other than that, he had six other top 20 finishes.  In January 2021, Anderson became engaged to Kendall McReynolds, the daughter of former crew chief and NASCAR on Fox analyst Larry McReynolds.  The couple was married in April 2022.  In 2021, Anderson went part-time in the #3 truck to focus on his Xfinity Series program.  He once again finished 2nd at Daytona in a photo finish, this time with Ben Rhodes.  Bobby Reuse raced at the Daytona Road Course, finishing 27th.  Dirt ringer J. R. Heffner joined the team for the Bristol Motor Speedway dirt race, but would withdraw following a crash in practice.  Howie DiSavino III and Keith McGee would run races for the team as well.  Sprint Car racer Parker Price-Miller joined the team

at Knoxville for the Corn Belt 150.  Sage Karam, who debuted for the team at the Pennzoil 150, would make his debut at the United Rentals 200.  Anderson moved his team to a full-time Xfinity schedule ahead of the 2021 season, though he continued racing in the Truck Series on a part-time basis.  After finishing second behind Rhodes in the truck race, he did not make the field for the following day's Xfinity opener when rain canceled qualifying.  As a result, he would also fail to qualify for the next nine races as qualifying would not resume (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) until the inaugural Pit Boss 250 at the Circuit of the Americas on May 22.  On May 4, he switched to Truck Series points in order to compete in the week's Truck race at Darlington; the event was a Triple Truck Challenge round

that only allowed the series' points-eligible drivers.  He finished 10th.  Anderson would eventually scale to a part-time Xfinity schedule due to making room for more drivers.  The team was finally able to qualify for a race when Tyler Reddick joined the team at Circuit of the Americas in which he was able to finish eighth and followed that up with a fifth-place finish at the Alsco Uniforms 300 the following week.  Owner, Anderson, made his debut at the Alsco Uniforms 250 at Texas Motor Speedway, where he finished 34th.  The team participated in every race in 2021 since they were able to qualify, finishing in the top ten six times with multiple drivers.  On November 3, 2021, it was

confirmed that Myatt Snider would move from the #2 Richard Childress Racing car to the #31 in a full-time role in the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series.  The cars will continue to be built by RCR and the engines supplied by ECR Engines.  TaxSlayer was announced as the sponsor.  During the 2022 season, Snider finished second at Portland.  At Martinsville, Snider collided with Austin Hill during the closing laps.  Following the race, Hill punched Snider in the face on pit road.  Following the 2022 Fr8Auctions 208, the team pulled out of the following race at Circuit of the Americas and announced a temporary pause in the truck program for at least the next three races.  This marked the

first time that the team didn’t run full-time.  At the Talladega playoff race on October 1, 2022, Anderson survived a fiery crash, sustaining second degree burns on his body.  The truck erupted in flames and fire was all up in the cockpit.  Anderson was removing his belts and trying to exit the truck even before it came to a stop; striking the inside safety barrier.  Video of that terrible fire/wreck here.  On January 4, 2023, the team fielded the #27 with Jeb Burton joining from Our Motorsports.  At Talladega on April

Parker Retzlaff Xfinity ride - Martinsville 2023

22, 2023, just over 6 months after Anderson suffered the fiery crash, Jeb Burton scored the first win for Anderson's team in all of NASCAR in the Xfinity Series race.  Burton started the 2023 season with an 11th place finish at Daytona.  He finished the year with six top tens. Burton was eliminated at the conclusion of the Charlotte Roval race.  Parker Retzlaff would drive the #31 full time for the 2023 season.  In the season-opener race at Daytona, Retzlaff earned a career-best 4th place finish; and had seven top ten finishes on the season.
